箏とリコーダーという意外な組み合わせによって構成されるデュオ。長年並行した道を歩んできた2人のコラボレーションは、オリジナル作品と冒険的な即興演奏によって全く独自の音世界を生み出す。彼らの演奏は、時にエネルギッシュでアップビート、時には聴き手に安らぎをもたらし包み込み、現代クラシック、フォーク、オルタナティブ・ポップ、伝統日本音楽、バロックなど様々な影響を受けている。そこから生まれる音楽は、現代の耳には新鮮でありながらもなじみがあり、それぞれの楽器の歴史、文化、伝統を反映している。2019年にデビューアルバム『Your Ten Is My Twelve』を発売し、このライブは2枚目となる『Locked Away』の日本でのリリースライブとなる。

This duo is composed of the unlikely combination of koto and recorder. Having walked parallel paths for many years, their collaboration creates a unique sound world through original compositions and adventurous improvisations. Their performances are sometimes energetic and upbeat, sometimes comforting and enveloping to the listener, and draw from a variety of influences including contemporary classical, folk, alternative pop, traditional Japanese music, and baroque. The music that emerges is fresh yet familiar to modern ears and reflects the history, culture, and traditions of each instrument. In 2019, they released their debut album, "Your Ten Is My Twelve", and this concert will be the Japanese release of their second album, Locked Away This will be a live performance.
